We 110% recommend working with Paul! He truly listens to what you are looking for in a property and your ultimate vision for your family/home/needs. His knowledge of the area and guidance through all the steps, not only in helping find the perfect lot in the perfect community for us, but also in continuing to provide recommendations and advice as we move forward in our build, has been invaluable. He always responds promptly to our questions, sends timely updates, follows up on any concerns, coordinates communications with other parties, and keeps us informed of next steps and expectations throughout the whole process. We currently live out of state but Paul has been so flexible in working with us and our schedule to meet when we are in town. He truly goes above and beyond!
