Paul Harris worked tirelessly to make our deal go through. It took 10 months but he followed through the whole way. Definitely appreciate him so much! There were a lot of road blocks that he got us through!

Paul was extremely thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. He definitely made it much less stressful than it would have been if I had tried to deal with the title department and the bank by myself. I would recommend anyone trying to buy land to contact Paul.
I have been searching for property in Wyoming (and Montana) for over 2 years and Paul was the first realtor who responded to me when I began my search. I told him that I was just looking and was not ready to purchase when we began, but he continued to help me with suggestions and properties he would find that were similar to what I was looking for. Finally, in the Spring and Fall of 2025, I decided that I was ready. Paul arranged numerous properties to look at and I scheduled a flight to Rapid City. He spent two entire days driving me around and showing me land in Sundance and all the way to North of Gillette. I appreciated his honesty when I would find a piece of property that had some issues that were not disclosed in the listings. He explained the challenges of each of the properties, but still offered to take me to them anyway...Ultimately, I chose the first property I was researching, (Tract 3 at Benton Creek Ranch). I would and will recommend Paul to anyone looking for property.
